Just a heads up for any of the folks out there who attend the festival solely to see the blooming lilacs, they’re almost there. The festival itself is scheduled for May 15th, but from the look of things, the flowers might be gone by then. The festival has a lot of great food and music, but if you want to see flowers, a trip to the park this week might be warranted.
